Not Even Wrong

... is a very amusing new blog by Peter Woit, a mathematical physicist at Columbia University, currently devoted to bashing string theory, and more broadly to interesting topics in fundamental physics, like symmetry-breaking in the vacuum. (I am using "amusing" and "interesting" in senses that only apply to people who've studied quantum field theory and are John Baez groupies.) Oddly, Woit does not provide any link on the blog to his wonderful polemic "String Theory: An Evaluation" (physics/0102051), which is accessible to the laity; so I will.
